About Brad Abernathy

Brad Abernathy is a Gainesville, Georgia–based real estate leader with more than 32 years of experience serving Hall County and the surrounding Northeast Georgia market. He is the founder and leader of Next Boulevard Real Estate, a brokerage built around long-term success, agent development, and community connection rather than volume-driven sales pressure.

Over the course of his career, Brad has served as an associate broker with four firms, held executive leadership roles, and ultimately launched his own company. He founded and led a real estate group that ranked number one in Hall County for sales and/or sales volume for ten consecutive years, guiding the team through multiple market cycles with steady performance and disciplined leadership.

Brad is also widely recognized for helping real estate professionals grow sustainable, relationship-based businesses. He is the author of Face Value: Building Community Influence by Giving Value to Others and the creator of The Faces Of, a nationally recognized platform designed to help agents expand their sphere of influence through authentic community visibility. Through coaching, mentorship, and platform leadership, he has assisted more than 350 agents across the country in building confidence, consistency, and meaningful market presence.
