Denise married Gary in 1993 and is mom to Kelly and Chase, stepmom to Joe (Asheville) and Anna (Atlanta), and “DeeDee” to three grandchildren—Maggie, Millie, and Harper. Off the clock, you’ll find her with sweet tea in hand, a MercyMe soundtrack, and the Bible nearby. Favorite things include Steel Magnolias, floating in the ocean (a perfect 10), and travel memories from the Dead Sea—with a bucket-list trip to Greece to walk in Paul’s footsteps. October is her month, Easter and Christmas Eve her favorite celebrations—and if Hollywood called, she’d cast Sally Field to play her.
